Cancel or reschedule free of charge
You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment – via the link in your confirmation, in your customer account or by phone on +49 (0)211 97710701.
Short-notice cancellation
Even if you cancel later than 24 hours before the appointment, we do not charge anything. Rescheduling online is no longer possible at short notice; please call us instead. Please cancel as early as possible so that we can give the time to someone else.
No-shows
If you cannot make an appointment, please cancel it. An appointment you do not turn up for is kept free for you although others are waiting for it.
Cancellation by the studio
If we have to cancel an appointment, for example due to illness, we let you know as early as possible and offer you another time. This costs you nothing.
